Refunds, Returns And Relacements

1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused
It is in its original condition
All packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
You have proof of purchase

2. Faulty Items (Within 21 Days)
If an item develops a fault within 21 days of purchase, we will replace it at no extra cost.
To qualify for a replacement:
The faulty item must be returned in its original box, including all accessories
Proof of purchase must be provided
The fault must not be caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs
Once inspected and approved, a replacement will be issued.

3. Refunds
When a return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds usually take 3–7 business days depending on your bank
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Replacements
We offer replacements for:
Faulty items (within 21 days)
Items damaged during delivery
Incorrect items received
Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.
