Q: What is the wireless door and window alarm?

A: It's a small security device that sticks onto any door or window. The moment someone opens it unexpectedly, it triggers a loud alarm instantly to alert you.

Q: How loud is the alarm?

A: It's 120 decibels — loud enough to wake you up from deep sleep and scare off any intruder.

Q: Does it work on all doors and windows?

A: Yes — it works on any door or window in your home, apartment, shop or office. No special fitting required.

Q: Do I need to call a technician to install it?

A: Not at all. It sticks on in under 2 minutes with the adhesive pad included. No drilling, no wiring, nothing.

Q: Does it need electricity?

A: No. It runs on batteries so it works even during dumsor.

Q: Can one alarm protect my whole house?

A: We recommend one per door or window you want to protect. Most customers start with their main door and bedroom window.

Q: What if someone removes it from the door?

A: It also triggers an alarm when tampered with, so it can't be quietly removed.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Order before midnight and we dispatch the next available delivery day.

Q: Can I pay on delivery?

A: Pay on delivery is available in Kumasi only. If you're ordering from other parts of Ghana, payment is made in advance via Mobile Money before we dispatch your order.

Q: What if I receive it and it's faulty?

A: We have a 7-day return policy. If anything is wrong with the product when you receive it, message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
