1. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
How to return: Contact us on WhatsApp at 0203077059 within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the return process.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed via Mobile Money within 3-5 business days.
Non-returnable items: Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or items returned after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Delivery Policy
Delivery schedule: We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders confirmed before dispatch are delivered on the next available delivery day.
Dispatch: All confirmed orders are dispatched the next business day after payment or order confirmation.
Delivery fees: Delivery fees vary by region and are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Pay on Delivery: Pay on delivery is available in Kumasi for all products, and in Accra for selected products. All other regions require payment before delivery. We accept Mobile Money (Momo) and cash for pay-on-delivery orders.
Delivery areas: We deliver nationwide across all 16 regions of Ghana. Remote areas may take additional time.
3. Payment Policy
We accept the following payment methods:
- Mobile Money (Momo) — MTN, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money
- Cash — for pay-on-delivery orders only
- Online payment — via Paystack (card or mobile money) on our website
All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of any applicable charges.
4. Privacy Policy
What we collect: When you place an order, we collect only the information necessary to process and deliver it — your name, phone number, email address, and delivery location.
How we use it: Your information is used solely to process your order, confirm delivery details, and contact you about your purchase. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third party.
WhatsApp communication: When you place an order via WhatsApp, your conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We only use your WhatsApp contact to communicate about your order.
Data storage: We do not store your personal information in any database beyond what is needed to complete your order.
